    What does fully invested mean?
What kind of time frame do you foresee to make it back to ATH?

  4. Fully invested as in I don't see much more downside, as for the timeline, I don't know. IMO it is a solid investment for years to come.

Well you would have to think they would benefit some from having only one of their fabs in Mainland China - after latest sanctions. But the trend is the trend until it changes. Has it?

I thought fully invested might have to do position size or percentage of portfolio. So when you are fully invested in a particular stock doesn't mean you own any, just that you think it won't go much lower.

What do you consider a solid investment.

I think that's a big part of it. They are the only leading edge process technology semiconductor manufacturer outside of Asia. Unfortunately, I think China will attempt to bully a forced-reunification of Taiwan while the rest of the world is occupied with Russia-Ukraine. Who by the way is the biggest supporter of Russia? Oh, China. North Korea becoming more militant recently. Who is the biggest supporter of North Korea? Oh, China. See the theme? Just as Europe got screwed depending on Russia (horrible policy pushed by Germany / Angela Merkle) for energy, I fear the rest of the world (AMD, NVDA) will get screwed depending on TSMC for supply chain (and none of that is TSMC or Taiwan's fault). Aside from that, I suspect Intel will eventually catch up and they have the best CEO they have had since Grove. Not calling the bottom, but I think there is value at the current price.

  8. Taiwanese have said that they would explode all of their chip factories if China was to invade, this would be a checkmate with US companies and professionals out of China and no Taiwan, so I wouldn’t worry about China.

  10. Sorry I didn’t think I had to explain this, all of what I wanted to invest in INTC has now been invested, long term investment.
