what exercise do you wish you would have done? Mine is easy, Barbell Press Behind Neck. No injuries from it really but at 59 1/2 any overhead move is greeted with enough creaks, crackles and following stiffness to be avoided.
I see. I didn't make that connection as I don't associate a "Barbell Press Behind Neck" as a chest exercise.
I think that behind the neck presses invite a higher risk of shoulder impingement. It also strikes me as a somewhat unnatural movement. I have not done this exercise in many years.
