    Small caps have been kicking ass the past month though...I ran some screens on small caps this weekend with various filters and the vast majority of small caps that came up were going/have gone up in price and volume...Im seeing more buying than selling as the article suggest...Bears are gay.

  3. Part of this is the WallStreetBets phenomenon.

    Part of it is "cycle rotation".

    I get that was a major contributor to many of them but a ton of pretty obscure companies never mentioned on reddit were trending up before the meme stock craze.

    and my filters were basically: small cap, price under $30, volume over 500k, imp vol under 200, >10% inst ownership

  5. There is a "progression" of groups performance in a market rally. Most often, big caps and tech... later followed by oils, small caps... we're apparently in that now... which also likely indicates we're "late in the move". Best be "dancing close to the door" if you're a player here.

    Small caps this year will have a gigantic violent collapse of at least 30%. It will be extremely fast and unpredictable. The trajectory of small caps is just too impressive at this point that a quick 1/3 drop is now imminent.

    but calls for now though right?

  9. Specifically , where can I get the most leverage leverage to the downside over the next 3-6 months?

    Lambda
    Lambda,[IMG], omega, [IMG], or elasticity[4] is the percentage change in option value per percentage change in the underlying price, a measure of leverage, sometimes called gearing.

    lambda =\Omega ={\frac {\partial V}{\partial S}}\times {\frac {S}{V}}}[IMG]
    It holds that {\displaystyle \lambda =\Omega =\Delta \times {\frac {S}{V}}}[IMG].

    Simply put, Leverage = delta x underlying price/premium price
