Dear Traders I invite you all for a collaborative joint effort in an orchestrated innovation on trend trading. The GOALs of participation in this traders collaboration are simple and straight forward. 1. Finding Path of Least Resistance (PLR) for the trend. 2. Sharing screenshots of INTRADAY charts in any INDEX for open discussions on PLR 3. BACKTESTING the PLR (Google search for "Path of Least Resistance") NOTE : Screenshots need to be ONE minute LINE Charts without any INDICATORS. (See the attached example for one minute line chart) IMPORTANT : Trend traders are always looking for Path of Least Resistance in one way or the other. This collaborative effort can bring more insights and innovation into our trading strategies. Thanks in advance. All the best to us!
What do we mean by "resistance" in stock trading? Or in other words what causes "resistance" to a trend? How to identify "Path of Least Resistance" or in other words high probability route for a trend?
Trend like all TA is just explaining past price action. Prices move up when there is more demand than supply and vise versa. Resistance is the point where demand exhausts itself and is confronted by an equal amount of supply. I am not sure what you mean with path of least resistance. There is only one path, hence,no options or alternatives.
Sounds mysterious! Can you please explain "There is only one path, hence no options or alternatives"?
Do you see multiple price paths? I don't. You came up with the term path of least resistance which directly implies the exisrance of multiple paths, hence the burden of proof is on you. Sounds mysterious! Can you please explain "There is only one path, hence no options or alternatives"?
Do you mean to say people like economics professors, economists, researchers in economics, Nobel Prize winners in economics can do better predictions and make more profits in stocks trading than others?
See guys all bullies crave for power over others. One psychology of gaining power over others is being the "questioning" person or in other words asking questions which makes the bullies feel like they are in authority by questioning others A simple way to tackle such bullies is returning their questions, like i did just now.
