    Because there are breaks everywhere ;

    morning break
    lunch break
    afternoon/evening break !!!!!
    night break


    About 2 or 4 hours before the US stock market opens & during the mid/end European session, that is a very crucial period;
    that's when the Americans, the Europeans, and the Middle-East oil people interact.
    And INE is closed!

    My goodness!
    They are very particular about the breaks.
    Anyway, Another break, please.

    just in case the cross-market arbitragers need another leg.

    hopefully there'll be more legs and less breaks.
