This thread was started for the purpose of listing Trump’s accomplishments as President and to pay tribute to a great man. Protesters and rioters are welcome to participate. Letter: Trump's accomplishments since 2016 Trump’s achieved a lot since his 2016 election To the Editor: While there is still some debate over the legality of the results of the 2020 election, one thing remains perfectly clear, President Donald Trump achieved many accomplishments during his first two years in office, and especially during his first six months. Let’s review a partial list of some of these: Operation Warp Speed, creation of a safe COVID vaccine in record time. Almost 4 million jobs created since election in 2016. The most employed Americans in history. Creation of more than 400,000 manufacturing jobs and manufacturing jobs growing at the faster rate in more than three decades. Economic growth hit 4.2% one quarter. New unemployment claims recently hit a 49-year low. Median household income the highest ever recorded. African-American unemployment recently was the lowest rate ever. Asian-American unemployment recently the lowest rate ever. Hispanic-American unemployment at the lowest rate ever. Women’s unemployment reaching the lowest rate in 65 years. Youth unemployment the lowest rate in nearly half a century. Lowest unemployment rate ever recorded for Americans without a high school diploma. Veterans unemployment reached its lowest rate in nearly 20 years. Almost 3.9 million Americans have left food stamps since 2016. The Pledge to America’s Workers has employers committing to train more than 4 million Americans and promoting vocational education. Retail sales surged last month, up another 6% over last year. Signed the biggest tax cuts and reforms in history. Over $300 billion poured back into the U.S. in the first quarter alone. Trump tax bill produced lowest top marginal tax rate in more than 80 years for small businesses. If you are an immuno;ogist who has lost people close to you because of a novel virus, you will find a way to cure it. Lose 50 million, gain 4 million. Easy math. Net negative. Add more Americans to the country, through birth, and you get more people getting jobs. Wha? One whole quarter? Where is that number now? That's what happens when you have the most employed Americans in history. See above. Median means nothing. Show the Mean. It's maths! Recently? How about now? Recently? How about now? Good one! +1 Might have something to do with the fact that unemployment recently hit it's lowest rate ever? We have jobs to fill! They cannot all be men! Child labor? That's communist. Again, it ties back to the fact that our economy was really strong. Lowest unemployment rate, because we needed slaves to take out the trash, hump fright, and do all the menial jobs those college-degree holders would not do, because they held out for a higher-paying job. It's because they were too poor to stay unemployed and collect their benefits for serving our country. They had to go back to work to survive, because the VA sux and is useless. That is what happens when people have to report income, and no longer qualify for food stamps. That is nonsensical and leads nowhere. What month? Retail sales dropped a lot last month, according to the latest data? 300 WHOLE BILLION? Wow. So where is it showing up on the US balance sheet? Why would a small business be in the top marginal tax rate? NICK DE MAYO Sugar Hill https://www.unionleader.com/opinion...cle_f86fce86-85d4-54e9-8af2-bfdfc91f0181.html
The vaccine was created in another country with no US federal funding and other countries started vaccinating their citizens before the US did .The vaccine will be distributed mostly under Biden.
Let me find a second opinion. Here we go. From official source whitehouse.gov, a comparable analysis of Presidents: President Trump’s 100 Days of Historic Accomplishments --- GETTING GOVERNMENT OUT OF THE WAY: President Donald J. Trump has done more to stop the Government from interfering in the lives of Americans in his first 100 days than any other President in history. • President Trump has signed 13 Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolutions in his first 100 days, more than any other President. These resolutions nullified unnecessary regulations and block agencies from reissuing them. o Since CRA resolutions were introduced under President Clinton, they’ve been used only once, under President George W. Bush. • The Wall Street Journal editorial: “So far the Trump Administration is a welcome improvement, rolling back more regulations than any President in history.” TAKING EXECUTIVE ACTION: In office, President Trump has accomplished more in his first 100 days than any other President since Franklin Roosevelt. • President Trump will have signed over 30 executive orders during his first 100 days to ensure agencies throughout the Government enforce his agenda. o President Obama signed 19 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President George W. Bush signed 11 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Clinton signed 13 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President George H.W. Bush signed 11 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Reagan signed 18 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Carter signed 16 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Nixon signed 15 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Johnson signed 26 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Kennedy signed 23 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Eisenhower signed 20 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Truman signed 25 executive orders during his first 100 days. o President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed 99 executive orders during his first 100 days. A SLEW OF LEGISLATION SIGNED: Despite historic Democrat obstructionism, President Trump has worked with Congress to pass more legislation in his first 100 days than any President since Truman. • President Trump has worked with Congress to enact 28 laws during the first 100 days of his Administration. o President Obama enacted 11 laws during his first 100 days. o President George W. Bush enacted 7 laws during his first 100 days. o President Clinton enacted 24 laws during his first 100 days. o President George H.W. Bush enacted 18 laws during his first 100 days. o President Reagan enacted 9 laws during his first 100 days. o President Carter enacted 22 laws during his first 100 days. o President Nixon enacted 9 laws during his first 100 days. o President Johnson enacted 10 laws during his first 100 days. o President Kennedy enacted 26 laws during his first 100 days. o President Eisenhower enacted 22 laws during his first 100 days. o President Truman enacted 55 bills laws during his first 100 days. https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/wh...TEYr0jUJgsr4uratPk2GFeVKstBZqYXdPOb7VfR_eGbjY The above list is very humble because many of Trump’s accomplishments are not listed.
Are you suggesting Warp Speed was a failure, Trump’s estimation that we would have a vaccine by the elections was significantly wrong, US based companies such as Pfizer were not involved, and that medical professionals at the time who said a vaccine would take at least two years to develop were right?
300,000 dead Americans because of him. 9-11 death toll daily under him Came into office with a 600 billion dollar deficit, will leave office with a 4 trillion dollar+ deficit. Will leave office with fewer jobs than when he came into office. Lost re election. Lost the popular vote twice...by millions Highest trade deficits ever. Approval rating below 50% his entire term. Lost the mid terms by the most votes ever. Most divisive president in history. One of the most racist presidents ever. Worst president ever
The vaccine was created in another country with no US federal funding and other countries started vaccinating their citizens before the US did. Warp speed was not needed for a vaccine.Europeans were being vaccinated before Americans.
