I think I would like to be a shark. Because I can swim around in the ocean and eat fish all day... That's all I ever wanted to be growing up. Not a doctor, not a lawyer, not a dentist, a shark. When we worry too much about money our lives become meaningless. So lets think about becoming animals for once
Giraffe. If you’ve ever seen one in the wild, they are very regal. Tough to kill. Elephant. They are very complex creatures and they are the true kings of the jungle.
That's the animal/fish you'd like to be. But what animal/fish do you think you are most like? That would be an interesting and revealing exercise in introspection.
I litterally would not know what to do if I ever came face to face with a giraffe. If I run he'll attack me, if I sit still, he'll attack me, if I blow my brains out, he'll eat the leftovers. You just can't win with a giraffe. So I take it, you would want to be something that is very tough to kill, is that because you are very easy to kill in this life? Probably a sting ray. They are lazy creatures that mind their own business, and when someone steps on them they give a painful sting like no other. It's not that they are mean or aggressive, they just don't like to be stepped on... Now lets hear about your animal
A fun story about a giraffe. I was on safari in Kenya in 2018. We were at a resort drinking by the fire and this wild giraffe walks up to us and just watches us. It was probably 30 feet away. All the Masai guards started to get nervous. I was mesmarized and tried to walk up to it. A guard pulled me back and all of a sudden the giraffe lifted on it's hind legs and swung its front legs in and out really fast. The velocity of his hoof would have probably killed me. The giraffe then walked away. It was wild. Everyone wants to be an Apex predator; as you grow up, you will realize two things: 1. the biggest animals are herbavores. It's easy for them to feast. 2. Every apex predator starves to death. think about this analogy to trading....
Can’t decide. Thinking it through, I don’t want to eat raw meat or raw fish (even sushi), and I don’t want to eat leaves or grass. That narrows the field to…what?
Yeah, I don't think anyone would want to mess with a giraffe. And exactly how does an apex predator starve? Have you ever seen a vegan try to lift something heavy compared to a meat eater? Something to think about
