Great point about no vaccinations for your pet. It is an almost certain death sentence for the pet. Also true is animals in the wild don’t get vaccinations, yet they, or at least some, survive. Could it be pathogens are nature’s way of thinning the herd of the weak, resulting in a more resilient herd? I also read an article today comparing the natural immunity of those who get Covid and become exposed again versus those who are vaccinated and later get Covid. From a policy standpoint, it seems practical for Governments not to mandate vaccinations for the simple reason of allowing some members of the population to maintain their vitality, especially since it is likely more emergent pathogens are on their way? The Covid jab is a little different from pet vaccines. There aren't "Tens of Thousands" of dogs dying from getting a (experimental) rabies shot.
If there was a jab which prevented some old fat cats with diabetes from dying from covid... temporarily... but hooked your young cats in getting jabbed for life would you do it? or would you get your cat on a healthy diet and and a workout coach?
