if one does 30,000 shares traded per day

  1. If one does 30,000 shares per day generally how much can you neg. your per shares commissions down to?

  3. Take a look at the previous post re: 1.0 mil per month. It depends on your risk management, how long you have been trading, and your overall profitability ie. do you lose money? With a solid p&l, good track record, and some experience, $5/ticket would be average. If you require more work such as training, possibly more, but even at $7.5/ticket, your commissions are negligible and if you are profitable on only 30k shares/day it doesn't amount to much $225/day + ECN's depending on the firm. Usually the break starts at 50k/day avg per month. I hope I was helpful, if anyone has more insight, I would be happy to hear more on the issue.
