Apparently the "Christ" or "Christos" entered Jesus at the age of 30 to 33. The Christ is described as a high level spiritual being but not the God or creator etc
There's a few examples, another is Galatians 2:20. Unfortunately this idea isn't well known outside of esoteric circles, probably because it's so profound.
I recall the explination given to us a Catholic (original Coke) Christians was that Jesus was thinking with just a human brain, his consciousness limited by it's material jelly límits, otherwise he would not be experiencing reality as a person, who has imperfect capacity for faith. A clever dodge.
Thanks. I will check on this (ask) and share what I learn. ------------- I would offer that spiritual world is not the same as this one - the physical or manifest realm. Two examples of this from Jesus: 1. (see when Sadducees ask Jesus a riddle 5 brothers each die - whose wife? matt 22:30) or 2. that the kingdom of heaven not a place, it is a state (Amplified Bible will people say, ‘Look! Here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For the kingdom of God is among you [because of My presence].” Luke 17:21 The point is that things are vastly different on the spiritual plane. (Jesus doesn't get into this because it is far beyond the understanding of his audience. -BUT that is not important because all of us who accept God's gift will be his "children" and access deeper knowledge John 14:26 ==> so instead of turning to other humans, (or shudder) religious clergy we turn to The Lord himself to learn. However we (humans) created our words for this plane. the physical or manifest plane. Therefore parables, metaphors, similes and little stories are given.(see below john 3:31) We should remember Jesus's words The words I speak are spiritual. (ie they are not literal they are spiritual for those with the understanding and desire to hear and learn the second meaning and "Let those who have ears listen".) (see below john 3:32)
We, as humans get caught up in our egos and in arguing. Of course our adversary LOVES this. If we keep arguing, debating and kibitzing we miss the key point (see sin definition). We die in our sin - we die in our error. And the key point? John 3 31The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. 33Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. 34For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God i gives the Spirit without limit. 35The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. 36Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them
