Ib Tws Ssl

I have installed TWS on a new computer with JAVA 6 and latest TWS release.
MY login in TWS do not give the SSL option?
Anyone else having this problem ?

I'm having trouble too but its because I have vista. What version of tws did you down load.

I have tws 4.0 and I think it is the version that I had previously and tried to delete.
Now I think that I have the same version back again.

 

Some people who were having issues moved to the latest beta (24 at the time I think) of 6.0_10.

You might try the latest version:

How is their technical staff now. I've had two accounts with these turkeys and had to close them because of TWS. Guess I was just glutting for for punishment.

 

Try adding:

UseSSL=true

under the "[Logon]" section if it's not there or if it's false.

 

Sorry forgot to say which file. In the jts.ini file inside the JTS installation directory (where you installed TWS)

 

Maybe try Java 5_14. Java 6 seemed to cause my TWS a lot of problems.

and it appears now in the login option of the tws.
I use Windows XP with service pack 3.
