Dear- Recently IB gave me username and account number for a new paper account. Today first time to try login my paper account but how and what password do I need to submit? If my memory is correct, I may NOT have password. -Jay
you enter password when you request a paper trading account in the account admin page, you must of forgotten it.
To avoid this kind of error, I kept screen capture (phtocopy). I am sure that the photocopy shows ONLY username and acccount number starting DU

Here is photocopy of my screen. I do not see "Reset Paper Trading Account Password". Is it because officially no paper account yet? I remember that new paper account is open somewhere.
Can you please try the: "Manage Account", "Security" and then "Reset Paper Trading Account" menu options from your live Account Management application again?
