IB NYMEX Margins 100%

    Perhaps an IB rep can answer as to why the Nymex daytrading margins are still 100% (now January)? All of the other futures contracts reverted to 50% margins months ago, at which time an IB reps said that the Nymex margins would be going to 50% shortly as well.

    Not only NYMEX. CBOT metals and ags daytrading margins are also 100%
