IB Mobile Trader in Canada

This seems to be an area of real confusion so I want to open it up to Canadian IB users and simply ask: is anyone trading with IB over a cellphone in Canada? Do any of the services (Rogers, Telus, Bell Mobility, Fido) work with IB? What about getting your phone unlocked? If anyone knows the secret to Mobile Trader use in Canada, please let us know.
