"IBKR will not accept transfers1 of or opening orders for U.S. Microcap Stocks designated by OTC as Caveat Emptor or Grey Market from any client"

Can anyone suggest another discount broker offering Grey market OTC securities that are not traded on the OTCQX, OTCQB or Pink markets?

Here is an example of the type of securities I am looking at: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FBOP/quote

Opening Orders - forget it. FBOP - It's only traded 10 times this year. Yes, 10 TRADES total.

The Atacama Desert has more liquidity than those stocks.

Do you trade in the grey market at all and if so with whom? I have more liquid instruments on my watch-list as well...

No - don't trade them any more - haven't traded grey market crap for years.

    There's a reason why.

    Thanks for addressing my question...

  6. The DTC use to slam players buying these back in 2012-15 you could get a $500 fee on top of your commission because they had to physically print certificates. Spend $500 on a Gray, $7 commission and $500 DTC fee to go round trip. Try E-Trade or Schwab if you must, morally I avoid them because people get screwed over like Cyink. They charge commission though, no free trades.

Thanks for that. I can't find any info regarding that DTC fee. Can you perhaps provide more colour on that or guide me to a web link of some sort?
