As an IB customer, myself (and generally a pretty happy one), I think it's fair to comment that customer service has never been exactly their forte.
You get what you pay for in life. I rather pay a little more cause I can lose so much more than gain, just the way it works out in life.
it is likely that they are attracting a less tech-savvy less educated customer than in the past. they offer a message center service which clients should use for non-time sensitive issues. probably relatively few clients make use of it as Americans are notoriously impatient. in addition, they offer a top notch help guide plus nodes with diagrams.
at 1:10 EST what do you expect. they must be flooded with questions. I checked your previous posts. you have a lot of complaints.
And you are such an IB apologist that one thinks you must get paid by them for it. IB customer service sucks on every aspect, when I was with them it was neither timely, helpful, accurate, or friendly. One of several reasons why I left and continue to warn others against them. Bob said it best, switch brokers!
