IB - How to navigate to the old Account Management UI?

In the new Account Management UI, I cannot find where to download transactions in TradeLog-compatible format (for cost basis adjustments and tax reporting) and Quicken format. There used to be a link in the new UI for switching to the old UI, but it seems IB got rid of that link a few days ago. Now how can I download those transactions?

I called Toll free number (877) 442-2757 but was told CS was not available in weekend.

Yes looks like IB just removed the link to go back to the Classic AM. This is going to be a problem because I cannot upload any attachments using JavaScripts in a ticket. Anyhow, under the new AM, under "Reports" is where you can find all of your reports for taxes and in Quicken Format:

I hate the new account management UI. IB has replaced a great and easy to use menu driven account management with one that is horrible. The new account management will not function on a Linux PC and Linux is what I use all the time. I had to use a windows PC to find out how bad the new account management functionality is.

And as I stated in my previous post, their Javascripts doesn't even work on Windows PC when you try to upload attachments to a Message. Typical IB, always comes up technical solutions that just have pretty front but only works half of the situation and always bug-ridden. I bet with how much those programmers are getting paid, all they know how to do is design GUI. LOL

  6. Which part does not work on your Linux PC? I am using Firefox on an Ubuntu PC and don't have the impression that something isn't working.

But TradeLog and Quicken exports are not available on this new UI.

Try "Other Reports" or "Flex Queries". If you still can't find them, that means IB might have taken them out. You are gonna have to ask them.

  9. Some reports are not available by default. You then have to send a message to IB, asking for these. Once they make them available for you will they show up under "Custom Statements".

Thank You for your reply. I am using Linux Mint 18.3 xfce with Firefox and Google Chrome browsers. I can log onto the new account management but can not see the "small gears" the instruction video says to click on to navigate to where I need to go. When I login to the home page, I can see the links on the left side of the home page that when I click on one of the links I do not see what I should be seeing. When I use windows 7 with Firefox or Chrome with the same browser security settings, account management works as was intended. If the new UI works in Ubuntu, I should be able to get the new UI to work in Linux Mint.
