IB connection troubles?

  1. Anyone else having trouble with IB today, and if so knows what's going on?

    I can't place any order (says "transmitted, not yet acknowledged") - either smart or direct routes.

    Also can't get customer service on the line.

    I cancelled an order late in the session, and the status is magenta (awaiting confirmation from venue).
