IB beginner / how many stocks for paying $10/month

  1. Dear-

As a beginner, I found that without paying $10/month I cannot see the real-time chart even in the IB TWS screen.

Now, my question is that, after paying $120/year, how many stock prices can come to some text file in my local PC together?

Probably by use of some API, I hope that data is automatically feeded for my watch list with 200 to 400 stocks, every 1-min or 5 minutes.

Specifically, given 400 stocks symbols in c:\input.txt with 400 rows and 1 column (can be modified early morning), IB API deliver the 400 data in c:\output.txt with 400 rows and 1 columns.

Appreciated if anyone have similar experience.

PS) I heard that there are three choices for data feed, IB+IQfeed+eSignal.

PS) I sent email to tradingview.com for the above inquiry, but they do NOT provide API. They just show ONE chart at a time on the webpage, without delivering 400 prices to my PC together at all.
