IB 52-week Fraction Calculation Incorrect?

    For example of Lowe's.
    Current: 158.xx
    52-week low: 58
    52-week high: 157.xx (lower than prior close of 158.xx, maybe data delay?)

    And obviously incorrect:
    52-week fraction: 42.8%

    How would trader report such issues to IB and get help? It's surprising the data is wrong.
