Not much i can say beyond this, but i hot dogged while the world is burning, I apologise for my actions. There was no reason for me to behave the way I did. I am sorry, my behaviour was reprehensible. There is no other way to describe it. Celebrating Defeat is a reprehensible response to what is happening in the world. -Dan
I effed up, thats all i can say, maarkets been up and down and ive been on both sides of it, but i rudely pushed an agenda on people and its WRONG. I then turned that into a political agenda which is even more wrong......I just wiffed on this one, sorry......
Give yourself a break Max, there’s plenty going round on both sides, people with seriously wrong, self centered, evil motivations. It’s a time to come together, not a time for division and agendas.
Thx man appreciate the response I looked at my facebook while I was celebrating another 5 figure day and saw what was happening to.people and it just makes me feel guilty..... doing victory laps while people are losing everything just seems like a very cruel response....... I live in western Canada many of my friends are losing jobs or about to lose their jobs and they dont even know it, right now related to oil, I dont post about the stock market on facebook but seeing that is devastating, celebrating the carnage and the free money the stock.market is handing out is not the right move.
There is a simple fix to this. If you're having a good run of fortune, give something back to those who need it. Even being in the grocery line and saying to the person behind you with 4 kids "let me add their bill to mine" pays it forward.
This market crash is nobody's fault. Least of all, yours. You're a successful trader. Never apologize for that!!! As you say, just don't fly those colors during a crash. Bad optics
Nothing Humble about it, its an ignorant assining move. I feel like a douche, I wouldnt be dancing around gleefuly on Facebook given whats happening right now, so i had no business doing it here..... Its easy to get tangled up in numbers cause all we do as traders is stare at charts all day.... it puts something behind whats happening when you see people you care about in tears cause they just lost their jobs.
