Nobody could get through support, the parent bank is in southern California, and they are a few that accept LLC and Trust account. After staying up past midnight yesterday they managed to freeze my account. So during the lull of the market, I drive down to the local branch, here in Northern California and the lines are all around the building. I have a bad back so they nicely allow me to go in ahead of the other angry customers. It took the, half an hour to unfreeze my Trust account. My LLC is still not online (for unknown reasons I cannot get online access) but my debit cards all work. In a moment of angry rage I called up Schwab bank to open a business account(LLC) and they said no problem, do you have 250k? These f'ing morons all have a "member id" that they never tell you! Instead of asking for tax id, they ask for member id, that I have no clue about. So no I have to wait at least a week to have things settle and go back to the branch. I was on the phone for a while and they gave me an option for a callback, they never did. Sorry for the rant, I just had to share this clusterfuck with my trading buddies.
