    For each of the 4,166,666 shares of common stock issued in connection with the Company’s IPO, one common stock purchase warrant was also issued and included in the unit price of $6.00. These warrants were immediately separable and tradeable. Although the underwriters did not exercise their fifteen percent over-allotment option to purchase additional shares of common stock, they did purchase 624,999 additional common stock purchase warrants for $.001 per warrant less underwriting discounts and commissions. These 4,791,665 common stock purchase warrants have an exercise price of $6.00 per share and provide for a cashless exercise feature if there is no effective registration statement or current prospectus for the issuance of common stock upon exercise of the warrants. These warrants are exercisable from December 10, 2021 through December 10, 2026. Upon the termination date, these warrants will be automatically exercised via a cashless exercise.

    Good points;
    with the possible exception of a severe bear market like 2000-01-2002.
    $6 stock tends to be like a''nickle steak'' a bit tough\low priced/:D:D
    NOT a prediction;
    capital markets are not a bet, even though gambling is used by some for a stupid risk.
    For those that think markets are a bet\try winning with card counting in Las Vegas= see how far you get.
    But \ by pretending markets are a ''bet'' one could then blame his losses on ''bad luck''
    What you a call luck; i call a small sample ======John '' Trendy '' Henry.
    Good question cash clay.

    I'm used to stand the position that theory is cool, but not so impactful as practice. You made correct steps to ask guys from here to help you out, and you will definitely get some knowledge, but don't forget to practice as well.
    And here is a piece of mine advice:
    Financial literacy implies simple steps to realize what is the market and how to operate on it. Remember that everything goes around supply and demand, and these are basic variables. Try to seek for some literature online where trading oldies from 70s-80s explain how they traded on the Wall St. back then.

    Exactly;
    Dave Ramsey budget helps. Cash score or brokerage score + % can be more important that credit score..............
    Warrants are not bets. Even though some call stupid risk, gambling.
    Like Dave ramsey warns \ ''lotto is a stupid tax on people that cant do math ''LOL:D:D
