Umm.. not exactly. The ledger makes it EASIER to trace funds, but it wasn't made to solve financial corruption. And I never did hear of anyone making that kind of silly statement. It was created to avoid debasement and other shenanigans of the central banks & governments. e.g. 'bailouts'.
