For food and health things, simply avoid those strange/new word, difficult to pronounce words, difficult to spell words. Just cook a simple meal at home, and avoid eating highly processed food with toxic chemicals and toxic coloring and modified food molecules like transfat. And do simple exercises like jogging.
Jogging doesn't do a lot for the upper body. It also doesn't really build much muscle in the lower body. Also, I think you would do well not to miss the point he's trying to convey, particularly in the first 2 minutes of the video.
i wonder if he was referring to that huberman lab podcast series with dr andy galpin... (thanks for posting this as I've been intentionally avoiding low-intensity high-volume to avoid over-bulking up after watching that series; def. a topic worthy of deeper research/understanding)
Low volume, low frequency, high intensity training won't necessarily prevent an increase in muscle mass: https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...uent-whole-body-workouts.341042/#post-5025674
Fredrick, are these calculators correct or guesses? https://www.muscleandstrength.com/tools/bench-press-calculator
