Hundreds of more illegal voters to be prosecuted in North Carolina

    Summary:
    • Late last year Robert J. Higdon Jr., the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina stated that there would shortly be hundreds of more indictments for illegal voting.
    • The U.S. Attorney's office has demanded records on 789 voters from across eastern and central North Carolina.
    • The state-level Democrats have been doing everything they can to block the requests and impede federal investigation. They now have been forced to hand over the records on the 789.
    • This is just merely part 2 of the investigation after the initial 19 convictions from part 1. The U.S. Attorneys' office has subpoenaed multiple years' worth of registration and voting data on nearly 7 million North Carolina voters.
    • North Carolina has failed to comply with the subpoena for the entire set of voting records -- shortly most observers expect they will be ordered to comply by a federal judge.

I look forward to this next next batch of 789 illegal voters being indicted, convicted, and deported. I also laugh at this left-leaning article from WRAL which whines about the investigation while quoting Democratic officials who have done their best to stop the investigation of illegal voting.

The other amusing part is the Democratic state officials whining "Why is the federal prosecutor investigating the 9th District"?

Well lefty clowns... it is because the previous Democratic majority state election board which was disbanded in December as unconstitutional demanded that the U.S. federal attorney not investigate the 9th District fraud until the state board finished its investigation. Of course, all the Democratic clowns in our state know this already since the entire move to block the federal investigation was designed to stop the certification of the election.

The Democrats did not want Mark Harris declared the winner and desired to hold off any proper investigation that would close the case. It was likely that a quick and proper investigation would lead to a federal court declaring Harris the winner immediately but also quickly prosecuting Dan McCready not only for his activities in the 2016 but also his mail-in ballot fraud for Democrats from 2007 to 2015.

WRAL is our largest TV station in Raleigh NC (the state capital). It is known for continually pushing a liberal agenda. Many of their articles and coverage do not stick to the facts but attempts to insert their agenda.

would explain why they're first to report (couldn't find other source). Did they mention which illegal votes were cast by ineligible voters (aka felons)?

There are over a dozen news sources that reported on this today.
    One example...

Millions of N Carolina Voting Records Sought, Hundreds Given
North Carolina officials are turning over almost 800 voter files sought by a federal investigation that last year demanded millions of records.

There is no information yet on the break-down of the "types" of illegal voters; felons, illegals, etc. We will wait for the upcoming indictment paperwork to get this information.

  9. I find it ironic that a liberal democrat administration in NC is defying federal prosecutors on a federal voting rights matter. No doubt they are complaining about violation of states' rights.

Yes... in their courts briefs they are saying these voting matters should strictly be under jurisdiction of the state. The Feds should not be involved according to their court filings.

Of course, this is coming from the same Democratic party that both stuffed the ballot boxes and attempted to stop "undesirables" from voting in the South for decades.
