    Independent my titties....
    But I digress...

Respect for him coming out and saying both parties are totally fucked in the head.
I don’t drink his coffee at all.
    Clearly an immensely successful guy.

Thoughts on him running as an I?

  2. I see a series of headlines from dem clowns saying it would only help trump by splitting the lefty vote.

So I am thinking it must be a good thing. Not saying I believe their analysis because some of his positions are lefty and righty and whateverey - but if it is making the dems sweat- sure why not. Ditto for bloomberg. Looks like the clown car might need to add a u-haul to it.

I guess the Castro Boy is worried that he would not pick him as his running mate.

If he runs a serious campaign then he pretty much guarantees the Democratic nominee will lose in 2020.

Because why- aside from some mormons- those fifty votes for Romney are going to fatally divide what was previously the pub vote? I doan theeenk so.

Howard Shultz is not all that exciting but at least he would be something new on the menu for dems and independents. Romney would be recycling the same old stuff that only got a 2.0 on the meter the first time/s around. Also, one of his campaign promises in his senate run was that he was not seeking to run for president and the people of Utah would be getting 100% of his time and commitment. So he is gonna start running for president a few months after being sworn in as a senator? Nothing stopping him from doing it of course, but would make him a ding-dong. But he already needs to be working on not being a ding-dong.

Romney drives with his dogs on the roof of his car,and has an elevator for his cars. Yup. a ding-dong.

  9. It is more than I want to get into right now, but I offer up the reminder too that unless he "runs a serious campaign" to the point where he gets a majority of the electoral college votes, then all sorts of convoluted and/or nightmarish scenarios could result- because if no candidate wins a majority then the house of representatives gets to choose. Lots of different scenarios there.

Wow, that's a scary thought. Hmph.
A very real possibility too I would think.
Throw in Muellers final report and the timing of its release, the possible indictments of Jr. and Jared, other possible independent candidates (Kasich) joining the fray and stealing more votes, global recession, collapse of the debt markets... and we are headed for some very interesting times. Uncharted territory.
Dec 2020 SPY $265 Puts are currently $23.
Hmmm. Wait till the VIX gets down to 12 or so and that may be a great play.
If the vix ever see's 12 again.
