In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with letting the person know the fact that Light speed has more sophisticated and intuitive platform than option house.

It sure does. Why do not you try the light speed demo and see for your self. You might like it better than the platform you using right now.
I'd ask an Alienware forum. From my understanding those macro keyboard just program in a combination of keystrokes. They'd have some sort of factory software on it to program. Example for Excel: Alt + O + C + A will resize a column to resize to fit. You could set a macro key to do that with one key strike. The software you use would have to have hotkeys setup for whatever function your trying to do.
