Sooner or later the exact wrong heir gets put in charge of the family business then BOOM. Tragic.

Growth via acquisition.............financed by debt...........when debt is called suddenly then chips fall apart in less than a week.

Seen two companies (private) where Friday end was normal and then by Tuesday morning the top management was busy in the bankruptcy court.

Then how do you explain the $700 million? Clearly somebody liked paying for it and drinking it.
