Due to open immigration we bring a billion people into the country We overlay that population over the current wealth of the US so per capita the US falls close to a third world country Then we divide the wealth equally to each person In this case what steps would you take to grow the wealth of the US
And then, few years down the line, wealth is back in to the hands of those who had it in the first place, because of skills & connections. The drive of competition, on a level of a single individual, is that which eventually creates wealth. Money/wealth is just a result/side effect of that. Remove the ability to compete & system becomes dis-funtional like the soviet union was. There's no escape from Pareto's Law. And once it happens, it will no longer be a humanity as we used to know. Some Homo Deus version run by a single mega mind A.I hybrid. Even then, some parts of that machine would receive more resources, because of being more important to it's mission. Back to Pareto. Such synthetic mega mind would have no emotions. No jealousy. That's good. But it would remove the curiousity as well. Then what would drive such race forward to expand/explore ?
Socialists will tell us how it works when we have our first example in history of a “working” Socialist economy. Venezuela is on the verge of Civil War with a suffering and starving population in despair - meanwhile, China and Vietnam are enjoying growth and prosperity that was simply not possible under a Socialist economy.
so your answer to socialists is to adopt full blown communism instead (Socialist Republic of Vietnam and People's Republic of China )? Meanwhile: Scandinavia, "but don't use that example, because they're high IQ whites and different demographics or some shit."
The originators of Communism would have a freaking cow if they saw what China and Vietnam are up to. Formula One racing venues. Gucci. Golf courses. Rampant consumerism. Oh, the bourgeois. Side note query: how is it that these two Communist Party States have gotten so addicted to capitalist economies? Is "successful" Communism morphing into a kleptocracy? And why is it that Scandinavians themselves hate being called socialist? They tend to picture themselves as free market capitalists. The Danish Prime Minister goes out of his way to hold a presser lambasting Bernie Sanders for using his Country as a political prop. A former Danish PM issues a press release stating that "Socialism only destroys". Hybrid vigor I suppose. All I know is that China and Vietnam are doing something that the Soviet Union, North Korea, and Cuba refused to do. And that Venezuela is in a death spiral of despair.
