How to create Hotkeys at IB in "Order Ticket" window?

    Hi .. Usually i placed my orders from Order ticket window (not Book trader or Market Depth trader) , so how i can configure adding my desired fields available in Order ticket window to My hotkey.

    And when you setup hotkeys, any particular windows has to be open, in order for your hotkeys to place the order? Thank you

    Why would you want hotkeys from a pop up window? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of hotkeys?
