I get that there are fees that must be paid, ie, these are not determined by the broker. just curious about others.

 

I traded options thru Merrill Lynch in the mid 90's. It cost me 500.00 on 10 contracts in and the same to close. I still made money. I look back and say....... holy shit

I trade CL each day and never look at my commission. Just want to see green on the PnL column.
