Listed or making markets? The question is a bit vague.

    TIA ?!?!?!?

A transient ischaemic attack (TIA) or "mini stroke" is caused by a temporary disruption in the blood supply to part of the brain. The disruption in blood supply results in a lack of oxygen to the brain.

OP must be a former telex operator.

If you're asking about equities listed on Cboe, there are 573 currently-listed equities. Of those, only one is a company - CBOE - the remaining 572 are ETFs (566) and ETNs (6).

If you're asking about equities tradeable on Cboe, this comprises everything listed across all US equity listing exchanges - so over 12000 securities.

If you're asking about options, there are options quoted against around 5000 equities, with about 4000 of those companies and rest against ETFs (about 936) and ETNs (21). There are also options series created that include/exclude certain corporate actions (such as spinoffs).

Of course, there's plenty of strikes/expiries listed, so the total amount of options listed is a few hundred thousand. This number varies as new strikes are added, and options expire.
