Hello, gang. I’m going to publish some of my strategy, how I’m making 17% per year and minimized risk of loosing money to zero. I was thinking should I, could I. My decision was made, why not, if more people will replicate this strategy, it will benefit me too. I’m mathematician. I calculated: stock what paying over 10% dividends and been stable not changing nominal divs payments for long time - good candidate to buy and keep it over the years. If you follow this strategy for years, at some point you will have your expenses for cost of this stock will be paid off, however it’s keeping paying dividends to you. You do not have to worry how this stock would go up or down, because you got your many spent back to you. Plus, you will have your dividends paying monthly. So I selected AGNC REIT stock as point of my interest. I bought it on 1/2020 and holding it as of now. I will give you my data on 12000 shares. 1/2020-3/2020 divs $.16 p/s monthly 4/2020 till now divs $.12 p/s p/m On 2020 I got $18,720 2021-2024 - $17,280 p/y 2025 for 8 months - $11,520 As of 8/11 total will be $99,360. My share of AGNC average price $8.31. Total money spent $99,720. As you see I got all money I spent plus form now I will have $.12 *12 =$1.44 divs. $1.44 / $8.31 =0.1733. 17.33% per year. I was buying this stock and selling it to get good average price. For example, when I was making few $$$$ on a trade I was selling more expensive shares as a loss for the same amount what I gained. I consider AGNC as good reputable company and very happy I own its shares. I will continue to add some statistics about this share. Be my guest, share your opinions. No matter what I’m getting my 17% divs with no risk
why publish a special strategy that provides a risk free rate of return of 17% That would be like KFC offering its secret recipe and the instructions for free on a website. why not just collect this easy money and live off the compounding interest?

Why not. I’m making my money. Can not invest all in one nest, of course. If more people will follow, it will benefit me too. I will publish my experience with CONY and AMDY too. These are very risky.
