I stumbled across this interview the other day and thought his explanations about the ins and outs of natural gas trading was information you guys would probably find valuable. The first 11 minutes are about his life growing up in El Salvador, so the video below starts at 11:30 to get right into the trading details.
Hello Baron, Thanks for sharing. I am making a YouTube video as well how I made $1 million trading the ES market the past 6 months as well. I will post here shortly so everyone can see how I did it and will only talk about how I felt and just random stuff. I will not show evidence of any records of me making a $1 million trading the ES market either. Hold on, let me think of something smart and cool to say.
I'm assuming you're just being sarcastic because you think his success isn't real. Don't be a hater. You're never going to get anywhere in life with an attitude like that.
Refreshing video IMO. Also provides insight into the physical trading of commodities that goes along with the futures. See that more in energies, grains, metals and some softs.
Usually these guy have superior information. They know how everyone's (Suppliers / Clients) positioning They know the real time supply / demand, inside & outs (Production, Logistic, ...) of the market. Same as John Arnold "The king of Nat Gas" That's the only way to trade out of gut feelings ...
From his linkedin (translated via Google): Acting as a professional futures trader for over 10 years in the national and international financial markets. As a financial educator, he prepared more than 100,000 people to work in the financial market through Graphic Analysis and Price Action methodologies.
Wow, this is something you never see mentioned in professional circles. All I read about from the pros is that they don't look at charts, and heaven forbid, the mention of PA.
I understand where he is coming from. I still have to watch the video, which I will, but its an extraordinary claim. Plus, he doesn't exactly look like a trader. There is of course no reason to judge, and we need to evaluate based on proof or some sort of metrics, but that's the point. If there is no proof in the video, its far too easy to create the persona of a market wizard. It would be just as easy as saying he made 180M smuggling drugs, and I'd be more inclined to believe him based on his image. But if he presents no proof of this either, why believe one but not the other? (there may be enough evidence in the video, in which case my point is moot, but I doubt he is showing statements, etc.)
