How far down was the Naz in the 2000 .com bubble burst?

I think we are like 32% down from the top on the Naz now. Got me curious, how far can it go down? How far was it off its high in the 200 .com bubble burst? After today's action, I ain't going to lie, I'm scared (again)...

 

Nasdaq went down about 80%, took a few years to get there.

 

Good GOD. Now I am outright terrified.

 

From 5000 down to almost 1000, took about two and half years.

 

How old are you if you don't mind me asking

 

40s. I lost almost everything in the dot com crash. Lucky for me everything was like $13,000 at the time haha.
