Well I guess I first should ask if there is any relationship. I’ve been in equities for about a year now and picked up this book on volatility. It goes much more in-depth than I can grasp at the moment but what caught my attention was the relationship between Expirations and VIX that the author talks about. Does anyone have experience on this concept that Could weigh in please? (Yes I am a noob trader and understand this is a journey, any insight is helpful and appreciated)
