Seymour Hersh was a respected investigative journalist back in the Vietnam War era. Unfortunately he mentally declined and is nothing more than a wild conspiracy theorist in recent decades. No mainstream media outlet will touch his stuff... so he has sunk to spewing stuff on substack. SAD.
