for posting great deals people find online or otherwise for hardware, software, etc. Instead of having to hunt through different threads having one central maybe useful to those who happen to be looking for similiar things.
All you have to do is start a thread yourself in the relevant forum. Perhaps something like "Software Deals" in the Software forum etc...
