Admittedly, I have not followed these attacks on Yemen in the last couple days but I will say in general that the atmospherics are not good for Yemen and the Houthis if they want to be cute as they were under Biden. Houthis = Iran, right? Just as Hamas = Iran. The Houthis are in a double set of crosshairs. First of all they are directly misbehaving. Second of all they are controlled by Iran and Trump is as interested in sending a message to Iran as he is in sending one to the Cooties. In other words, Trump not only wants to flatten the Houthis and Yemen to get them to stop their attacks on the U.S. and others but he wants to do it at a level and to a degree that it gives Iran a view of what it could look like for them. Although it is somewhat difficult because blowing up mud huts in Yemen is all they got work with so the visuals will always be boring. You show a picture of Houthi headquarters being devastated and it is a fucking tent that is no long standing with a dead camel next to it. Yawn. Anyway.
