horrible horrible horrible customer service at the NYSE

I'm calling the NYSE to get market data. OMG it's like pulling teeth no one and I mean no one returns phone calls, and if you're lucky enough to get an answer they'll say "can I put you on hold" I waited 10 minutes and still on hold.



Sorry just wanted to vent!!!!!

 

Don't you have an online broker? Who still calls the NYSE?

 

I bet they'll call you back. I like the NYSE

 

Maybe Dick Grasso will call you back with a refund for a bad trade. lol
