Im starting to get the idea that the lower a brokers fees the more they front run and cheat in other ways.

    Anyone agree?

    What about the opposite?

What about exchanges? Have you ever caught an exchange cheating?

  2. Dunno about "cheating"... regulators are supposed to keep up on that.

But the actual "cost" of a trade is made up of commish/fees + spread + slippage. Having the lowest commission may not get you the lowest cost... brokers are going to make their money somehow.

There used to be a pit contract on the SP. Compared to the current ES, the pit had lower commission/fees and lower spread for the equivalent amount of capital. However the ES supplanted the pit contract not only because it is smaller and allows more players to participate, but mostly because the slippage was less enough to more than offset the higher other costs.

I have always laughed when a trader has $2,000 and asks broker for lowest fees. Money talks, broker knows guy who has 2k going to hog his time, whereas million dollar account most likely experienced and will trade size, guess what, more services and lower fees will be given.

There were couple brokers some thirty years ago who would tailcoat good traders orders to the floor. I rather pay higher commissions for better service, tighter spreads and when I call they answer and not left on hold for 20 minutes. Account size matters.

That would mean you have experienced the emotion of joy. I thought you did not have emotions?

I don't think so. I've been using Forexchief broker for over a year now, the spreads and fees are very low, but no foul play from their end. Execution is fast and normal. Been this way since I started.

  6. It 's been more than 2 years with the broker. Yes fees are low and execution is fast. The only reason why the broker's platform has been consistent is the regular maintenance. Trying to provide same standard of service for a long period is not rare. They have been consistent and reliable.
