About a thousand foreign students from Africa were studying in Russia. Few of them showed fever symptoms. 1000 of them were quarantined separately regardless of symptoms or not. 800 were released already. 200 are still under watch and will be released soon if no ebola. No visits, no getting out no contacting others physically You get a room for 20 days, and you suck it up. That is how you protect your country.
