I am running an emerging hedge fund and am in search of a spread sheet or accounting process that can account for performance reporting, carried interest, and membership interests. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Our fee structure is 1.5% mgmt fee and 50% profits payable on the monthly watermark. Compensation is paid via cash and carried interest to the Managing member and then at the manager level we handle internal carried interest accounts and other expenses.

Overseas and sole practitioner, but the price is right. If you don't need a brand name but need regular accounting for partnership interest, it could be good for you
