1. ClearEdge looked good on paper until I discovered it's run by a "trading educator" FuturesTrader71 (vomit). 2. Ninja can't handle the Herculean task of not fucking up customers' passwords https://forum.ninjatrader.com/forum...ort-ab/1275166-unable-to-access-to-my-account 3. Interactive Brokers fucks you on fees and margins. Any other suggestions?
You created a new nick just to vent your frustration. The angrier you are, the more money you will lose from trading. There is no perfect broker.
For day trading... AMP. One other (at this time) for FCM diversification in my case is IronBeam. Again, for day trading. Also note worthy, there are some different product offerings between AMP and IronBeam. No problem with ClearEdge (FT71) but they are more expensive than others. The one hard NO WAY for me is Gain Capital.
They promote to day traders, yet when markets get volatile (in THEIR opinion), they remove "features" that attracted day traders in the first place. They can not have it both ways. Not with my funds anyway. In my experience, they are one of the first to change day margins, and one of the last to revert. Additionally, the time of day when day margins are in effect is not beneficial. And while I've never needed it at any brokerage, Gains' liquidation procedures and fees are not friendly (imo) I have not even looked at Gain in a couple/few years, so unless they changed... NO WAY!
