I trade stocks but looking to open a small Forex Account for my girlfriend. I just want her to have a fair shot. Does anyone have any thoughts or can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance,
Do you really hate her that much, what did she do burn the dinner I think FXCM, like most marketmakers, have their fair share of good and bad press. Depending on the level of equity she plans on starting with (I'm guessing she'd want to start small?) then Oanda may be a better choice. Tighter spreads, a really simple platform, and no minimum trade size (allowing for sensible money management). They've been having a few platform and connection problems lately but when they're running smoothly they're a hard act to beat. Out of interest why forex, why not just trade stocks with you?
