  1. 2013 ends with weakest job growth in years

Meanwhile, the unemployment rate fell to 6.7% in December, but the drop came mainly from workers leaving the labor force.

Only 62.8% of the adult population is participating in the labor market -- meaning they either have a job or are looking for one. That matches the lowest level since 1978.

Obama is probably rejoicing nobody is working anymore and living off the government's tit.

We should change the criteria again. We could get unemployment down to 4% with a little "math".

  6. Not quite it.

Odumbo and the Progressive Communist/DemoCraps need 51% of the voting populace to be parasites and to keep the Dems in office... and they need the 49% makers to keep working and making money to run the government, pay for their lavish expenses and benefits and to support the parasites.

Seems we all have a function in this society...

Some of us rule over everybody

Some of us vote for the right politicians

Some of us work to pay for everything

Everybody has a job. How nice!

But not the lowest level since the 50s and 60s (and before), good years for the US. So it follows that the LFPR is not nearly enough to fairly judge conditions.

So current unemployment is just a character defect, not really an economic problem?
