A white man walked into a historic African-American church in Charleston and opened fire during a Bible study class, killing nine people Wednesday evening.

The gunman was still at large early Thursday. And the shooting at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church, the oldest AME church in the South, is being investigated as a hate crime.

More reason for people to carry. Too bad somebody didn't put a stop to this right off.

I wonder if this pastor had been preaching against homosexual marriage.

 

Yes, why not? There are no laws against it that I am aware of.

 

Well, there probably wouldn't be 9 dead if at least one other person in there had a gun.

 

Supposedly over a third of Dyllan Roof's facebook friends are black.

 

It's awful. And "more guns!" is not the answer to hate; not morally, not practically.

 

Then why do the police carry guns, genius.
