Grandma gives birth at 61 so her gay son and his husband can have a baby

Maybe I'm old-fashioned and not "woke" (whatever the hell that means...), but this just doesn't seem right.

Obviously this couple wanted the story to be about them. They could have adopted, or found someone younger and more appropriate. Attention whores. No doubt a kid headed for many hours at the headshrinker.

 

For what it's worth, I'm guessing they wanted the child to have genetics from both families and didn't want to risk the birth mother walking way with the baby. Just saying.

 

Perhaps. Personally I think with so many unwanted children up for adoption they'd go that route. Whatever, I hope the kid is healthy and lives a good life.

 

I've read the story, and man the world has gone bananas. Whatever the hell is happening out there, I just can't believe anyone would go that far. I have a problem with the grandma, since she should have thought better to advise her -in-law to opt for adoption or get a younger lady. All the same, maybe they wanted their family genes, and everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion, so I won't judge. But I think this is crazy
