  1. Hello everyone, I’m Fedor, 27 years old, I live and trade from Mother Russia.

It so happened that after graduating from high school I could not study at the university and concentrated on hired work. The work was always diverse, i was a car wash men, a courier, a cosmetics seller, a carpenter, a social worker, a nurse and again a seller of telephones, children's toys, food and clothing.

At first I was young, naive and stupid, not thinking about the future. Now, after some time, the understanding has come that it is time to do something serious in order to start building your future. I think trading is a great (and only) option to get started.

I have had trading experience since 2013, I started, like most, with Forex, then I learned about stocks and futures. My main interest in CME futures is that I'm just used to them, and I think they are optimal for my time zone.

Previously, I did not have free time, and trading was random. Now I have made a perfect schedule for myself, in my opinion, normal work on weekends and trading on weekdays.

Since the purchasing power of the majority of the population of my country, like mine, is low, the only way to start trading is prop-trading companies

For myself, I see only one option - this is LMI trading, because they have the lowest threshold for entering the market - $ 70 for the opportunity to earn real money. I love the Topsteptrader, but sorry guys, you have an entry threshold higher.

In this magazine I want to share the successes and failures that will be in my way.

P.s. My English is very bad, so I translate it with the help of Google translator.

    An incorrect statement.

I live few hundred kilometers away, from Russian border.

We can tell an excuse, that we had no resources or we can choose to become resourceful enough, by any means necessary.

    Save up $1 000. Catch a move like SSRM yesterday. +7% / 8%.
    Screenshot (106).png

(entry point wasn't perfect , thus position size was adjusted to minimal, will scale up tho)

Then slowly, in a year or two, build up portfolio with profits and income , up to 3 - 5 k.
(find an extra job, i work 6 - 7 days a week in two jobs)

    Take a small loan from bank - $2 000 - $3 000.

Here you are, 3 years later, 30 years old with $10 000 of capital.

5 positions , each $2 000, swing trading. Go only long.

If your overall portfolio would be down 10% / 15%, take a break for month or two, readjust your strategy.

    Collect the data. Screenshots.

Look at the mistakes, look at the winners.

After 1 year of intense demo practicing, i went through all of the data & saw, that 80% of my winners, had the same pattern & circumstances.

Or go for bottom fishing , when the crap hits the fence in US equity market, buy 5 blue chips, JNJ, KO, DIS, etc, once they loose 30%/50% of their value.

    Lots of options.

    p.s.

Let's hope that it isn't just an add for LMI...

  3. Thanks so much for such an idea, I'll think about it!

I have a slightly different approach to trading - I'm used to scalping during one trading session, without transferring positions overnight.

Here is an example for today (don’t swear at the metatrader, I just like the statistics look like): https://prnt.sc/ptsc0k

So,... In one day you made 30% / 40% on $500, with 17 trades.

In that case, there's nothing that i can advice for you :)

Or the statistics is not yours ?

Sorry if so then, it's confusing. And hardly believable, i must say, whoever owns that screenshot.

  5. Is it in the sense of bot / paid advertising? No, I'm an ordinary trader, I just did not find other options at home.:) There is little liquidity and volatility on our exchange (MOEX).

  6. You have given an alternative and, in my opinion, the most correct view on how to make money correctly! This is exactly what I came to this forum for.:)

Then, you could switch for equities through Plus500 or Etoro, not the best option, but they got few dozens of decent names in their stock list, with low Beta & decent volume.

No worries, don't stick to one product, all of the problems have solutions.

  8. I see no reason to deceive anyone here, because in the first place I would deceive myself.

  9. You got this bro. Variety of experience for me is always the signal that this is a future success or future failure. But mediocrity is not in the cards for you.
